The Hudson River Museum
Museum complex includes six art galleries, the Andrus Planetarium, and Glenview Mansion, an historic house museum of 1876. Programs include lectures, performances, tours, hands-on workshops, and regular community festivals that celebrate the creation and exchange of ideas.
The Walled garden is open Monday through Saturday, 7am - sunset year round. The rest of the park is open daily from dawn to dusk. Guided tours will introduce Samuel Untermyer the man, the lawyer, the activist and his grand gardens including: The Walled Garden - The Vista Steps - The Temple of Love
The Science Barge
The Science Barge greenhouse, floating on the Hudson River, grows an abundance of fresh produce including tomatoes, melons, greens, and lettuce with zero net carbon emissions, zero pesticides, and zero runoff. For weekend walk-ons, we have a $3 suggested donation. Free for children 10 years old and younger!
