Portland Art Museum
Founded in late 1892, the Portland Art Museum is the seventh oldest museum in the United States and the oldest in the Pacific Northwest. The Museum is internationally recognized for its permanent collection and ambitious special exhibitions, drawn from the Museum’s holdings and the world’s finest public and private collections.
The wildest place in Oregon. The 64-acre Oregon Zoo is located in Portland, a city and surrounding metropolitan area of 2.26 million people. Attendance in 2011 exceeded 1.6 million. Each year the nonprofit Oregon Zoo Foundation contributes between $4 and $5 million to help fund the zoo's work in conservation, education and animal welfare.

The Portland Children’s Museum is the museum that doesn’t act like a museum. You won’t find any velvet ropes inside, and playing with and touching our exhibits is strongly encouraged. Our main exhibit is the imagination of the children who play here.

The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) is a scientific, educational, and cultural resource center dedicated to improving the public's understanding of science and technology. OMSI makes science exciting and relevant through exhibits, programs, and experiences that are presented in an entertaining and participatory fashion.
In late 1993 Steve Reischman and Sally Custer began promoting concerts in the theater and thus began it’s rise as the destination in Portland for live music and comedy. The Aladdin Theater is a 600 capacity venue that has won numerous awards as Portland’s favorite live music venue. The list of artists who have graced the stage at the Aladdin reads like a who’s who of past, present, and future of all genres of music.
